A dkossack project: tracing the warnings

As someone pointed out in comments, the problem with the story of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" is that the wolf actually shows up at the end of the story. So I am making no judgments about the current terror warning from the Bush Administration. It sounds plausible enough -- but what's incredible is that my first inclination upon hearing a terror warning from the Bush Administration is to dismiss it as baloney. That's how much credibility the Bushies have lost over the past 3 years.

Keeping in mind that the wolf may actually be out there this time, and making no judgment on the current announcement (the real story is that so many people are not inclined to believe anything they say or claim, not whether the warning this time is real) -- here's my question/request: could we somehow, using the comments section of this post, trace the timing of all Bush Administration terror warnings/announcements (typically made by either Ashcroft or Ridge), in relation to their political context? We need to have links to relevant stories from the time. Based on the info gathered here, we could do a regression-style analysis to see if there is a correlation between bad news for Bush and sudden terror warnings.

I will start below.
